Standard shipping within the UK 

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4.00
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5.95

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1 day of despatch for Tracked 24 and within 2 days of dispatch for Tracked 48 but this cannot be guaranteed. (In addition, weekend delivery cannot be guaranteed and public holidays are excluded).

If you require a next day delivery service, please email us at info@thewagonyard.co.uk and we will endeavour to meet your needs. (Please be aware that additional charges will be necessary for next day services. Next day services are not offered with the Free Shipping over £100 offer). 

Free shipping – Free shipping is offered for online orders where the value of items being shipped is £100 or more (Please note this will be using Royal Mail Tracked 48. To ship using the Tracked 24 service an additional charge will be necessary).

In stock items - We aim to dispatch in stock items within 48 hours however in busy times dispatch may take longer, please allow up to 5 days.

Custom Made wagons – custom made wagons are made to order so please allow 28 days for delivery.

Pre-Order Items – expected delivery dates for pre-order items will be shown on the product pages. These expected delivery dates are subject to change, and we will update the delivery date as and when we receive updated information from the supplier.

Overseas Shipping 

We offer the following option when shipping to an address outside of the UK:  

To see the cost of shipping your order overseas, add the items to your basket, proceed through the shopping cart and the shipping price will be displayed before payment is taken. You do not have to complete the order or make payment to see this information.  

U.S Customers - Please note due to tariffs in the United States if when preparing your parcel for dispatch we find that the shipping cost is lower than charged we will refund the difference.

In addition, for overseas customers if you have a number of ore-order items ordered and they are arriving into stock at different times, please do contact us if you would like your orders collated and dispatched in one parcel to save on postage costs.
