Description
Limited edition weathered 7 plank wagon commissioned by Simply Southern and produced by Dapol. John Perry moved his large family to Kent in 1874, first appearing in Kelly’s directory as a coal merchant 3 years later. Based at 59 & 66 High Street Ramsgate John would pass away in 1887 leaving the business to be run by his wife Selina and eldest two sons. The company thrived opening up locations in Waterloo and Broadstairs and continued to trade coal into the early 1940’s. ERAs: 2 and 3. Wagon is in superb, like new condition with all couplings and buffers intact. Box and sleeve in good condition.
