Madge – 7 plank N
£12.95
Description
Exclusive release from the Wagon Yard – 92 pristine 7 plank, private owner wagons in the livery of Abraham Madge of London and Brighton. Madge was a coal merchant operating on the LB & SCR system from the late 1800’s. Madge used a number of wagons during his career with the livery shown here from a batch of 5 wagons built by W. H. Davis in 1924, numbered 61 to 65. The striking red body and large clear rendition of the sign written name makes for a very pleasing, eye catching model. ERA: 2 and 3
