Moger and Co is on record of being in business from 1871 and dealt mainly in south London with depots at Norwood, Tulse Hill, Dulwich, East Dulwich, Wandsworth, Streatham Hill, Battersea Rise, Sydenham and Streatham. A single depot at Marylebone served central London. The companies wagons were registered on the LBSC. The company would amalgamate with Cornwall a fellow London coal merchant circa 1927, although both companies would continue trade under their own names. This wagon was purchased post amalgamation and was made by S. J. Claye in 1928. The wagon was registered with LMS. ERA: 3
