Limited edition triple set of private owner wagons made by Graham Farish for the Bachmann Collectors Club in 2007/ 2008. Limited edition certificate included no. 28 of 504. The set includes Fleetwood Fish, Lewis Merthyr Navigation and Guard Bridge Paper Co. The Fleetwood Fish wagon was owned by The Clifton Steam Trawlers Co Ltd circa 1920’s and was based in Fleetwood, Lancashire. A sketch of this wagon is shown in the Peter Matthews Private Owner wagons specialist booklet no. 11. ERA: 3. Lewis Merthyr Navigation Colliery Co Limited based in the Rhondda Valley produced Steam Coal and Coke in the late 1800’s. The wagon modelled here was made by the Gloucester Railway Carriage and Wagon Co in 1881. ERA: 2. Guard Bridge Paper Co began production at its mill in Fife, Scotland in 1874. Utilising the Seggie Siding for moving materials to and from the mill. The Mill finally ceased production in 2008. ERA: 2 and 3. All three wagons are in superb, like new condition with all buffers and couplings intact. Box in good condition with scuff to one edge and light wear.
