Returns Policy

Returns: Customers can return items within 14 days of the purchase. We request that customers notify the Wagon Yard by email (info@thewagonyard.co.uk) clearly stating the item that is being returned and a reason for the return. Returned items will be refunded in full (not including postage costs) providing the item is returned in a saleable condition (ie: the condition the item was sent out in). Returned wagons must be in their original box (with sleeve and limited edition certificate if originally present). Any other items such as accessories must be unopened and in the original packaging.

Faulty Items: Customers can return faulty items within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund or replacement item. Postage for faulty items will also be refunded.
