Terms and Conditions
Prices: All prices shown on the Wagon Yard website are clearly stated and are valid at the time of an order being placed. All prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices on the website. Prices shown do not include postage and packing costs which are added separately at the time of checkout.
Orders: Items which are out of stock will not be available to order due to their limited edition status. New items will be supplied as soon as stock becomes available. Pre-owned stock will be given a fair and honest description and it will be up to the customers discretion to order based on images shown. Pre-orders of new items will be at the discretion of our suppliers and in the unusual circumstance that an item becomes unavailable to us all pre-orders will be refunded in full. Any item on pre-order can be cancelled at any time. If you have any special requests regarding orders please contact us and make your request known before placing the order. We will always do our best to meet your requirements but on occasion this may not be possible.
Payment: Payment for goods can be by means of credit or debit card using our secure payment gateway Stripe or through Paypal. All orders must be paid for in full (including postage costs) before items are despatched. If you wish to make payment by other means ie: cheque please contact us and we will do our best to help. We will always require your full name and address for security reasons when taking payment.
Postage: Delivery of goods ordered will be via Royal Mail up to 1 kilo. For Heavier items please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will quote for postage and packing. Heavier items will be despatched by a parcel carrier company based on suitability at the time of fulfilment of the order. Postage charges will be clearly shown at the time of checkout and will be charged according to Royal Mails prices and the cost of packaging. For European customers the service is track and sign, if you would like a quote for a different service please contact us before placing your order for a postage quote email@example.com. For International customers the service is tracked, if you would like a quote for a different service please contact us before placing your order for a postage quote firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns: The customer has the right to return an item within 14 days of the purchase. We request that customers notify The Wagon Yard by email clearly stating the item that is being returned Contact us: email@example.com. Returned items will be refunded in full (not including postage costs) providing the item is returned in a saleable condition (ie: the condition the item was sent out in). Returned wagons must be in their original box (with sleeve and limited edition certificate if originally present) any other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.
Faulty Items: The customer has the right to return faulty items within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund or replacement item. Postage for faulty items will also be refunded.
Images: Images on the site are as true a representation of goods as is possible. We make every effort to use clear, accurate images but at times colours may vary when reproduced. Suppliers / Manufacturers can on occasion change colours or other details of their products.
